Great product. I will definitely buy again.
Overall, this is a great product. Slick design, small packaging, and its multiple functions. The platinum 2000 peak Amp was able to charge a Macbook Air with a 49.9Wh battery capacity but wasn't able to charge a Lenovo Yoga with a 71Wh battery capacity.
The LED light is very bright and the wireless charging works great. The battery level display helps with seeing and knowing what the remaining charge level is, plus the battery on this device holds its charge for a long time. I used it up to a 60% charge and the level stayed the same for more than 3 weeks with my using it to charge my phone and headphones at different times. I was also able to jump start my Toyota Corolla using the jump starter power pack with a car battery that was already flat. It only dropped 3% for the jump start.
The only concern I have about this device is the design for the plastic cover over the jump start output socket. The cover doesn't pull out long enough, looks really tight and almost feels like it would break or be damaged with time.

Hello everyone I work in the rv business so I have alot of campers that need to jumped from sitting for awhile this battery jump starter is good if u are just wanting to start a car but not for bigger vehicles.the first thing I don't like about it is the smart cables half the time they click off and won't start the vehicle.second the battery starts draining as soon as u hook it to battery the third thing I don't like about it is it doesn't come with a charger you have to hook it up to a USB and it takes 24 hours to use again I think it should be charged faster if you are gonna need to use it more then once my over all thoughts on this unit is if it had better cables not the smart cables that don't work half the time they click off for some reason and if it had a better charge life and a quick charging setting it would be great I would recommend this to friends and family if u just want something in your car for emergencies but I would not recommend this to anyone who works in the auto industry as it not be good for you.

Only worked 1 time
I got this thing to start my f250 when I occasionally forget and leave something on. Well it worked the first time, them when it happened again a month later it wouldn't do nothing. Hook it up and literally nothing happens. I'm not happy with it. I'm going to see what I can do about a replacement
