Amazing Value for a mower battery
I've used this battery for a Murray Rear Engine Rider with a 10HP Tecumseh and a Murray Mid-Engine rider with a 13.5HP OHV Tecumseh.
These batteries have plenty of power for mowers with these vertical shaft engines and no lights. My only minor gripe is that the carriage bolt holes that were in the first one aren't there for the second one I bought for the newer mower.

Dead in 4 months.
Bought 4 months ago. Kept going dead all winter in the garage. Garage temp is well above freezing, but I thought the colder temp was causing it to go dead. It was not. Now the weather is warm and it still won't hold a charge, but it's 4 months old and the warrantee has run out. It's only a 3 month replacement warrentee and they don't prorate it after that, so I got stuck.

too early to tell if battery will hold up. Before buying make sure that your replacment battery has the same top where terminals are. I made the mistake of getting battery with raised cell covers not flat battery that made the hold down bracket not fit right, had to find another way to secure.Other then that seems ok so far.

This one was purchased for an exact replacement. The other lasted four years. I was tired of getting a battery at another parts store that lasted only two years at the mosst.
