I went to several other Advanced Auto stores, but no one was willing to help me. They told me they couldn't do anything until my phone number and name appeared in the system. At another store, the manager wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say.
When I came to this location and explained my situation, they immediately said they would help me. They gave me outstanding service. I don't want to give them just 5 stars—I want to give them 20 stars.
I was in a very urgent situation, and they even replaced my broken tools with new ones. That meant a lot to me. In my opinion, they are the best person I have ever dealt with. I will never forget the kindness and help they gave me when I really needed it. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service.

A piece of dung beetle crap
I was told that you are not to apply any force to a breaker bar. when I tried to use it and the tip broke off and tried to return it. Next time please include any instructions or magical incantations that One needs to use to get the bolts loose without force. Also was told by staff that tools from there are junk and I was a sucker to buy one.
