This did the trick!
2010 Honda Accord had misfires after changing plugs and coil and shop said the car was unfixable. Replaced this sensor and used the computer to relearn the new sensor and misfire went away and all fixed. You must use a code reader to relearn the new sensor or it won't work just replacing it.
