I had to buy this belt separate from the timing "Kit."
This belt is replacing the 23 year old belt which was showing minor sighs of fatigue.
The 94 Ford Ranger 2.3L is a free wheeling engine. When changing the water pump it makes sense to take care of timing components due to the time involved to get to the pump.
I wish the belt was part of the "Timing Kit."
