Not made in America
The dayco I took off was made in America and lasted for years. I bought the same one again and it is made in Argentina. The belt looked different, cheaper and soft. Put it on and in three drives it broke. The main reason I always bought Dayco is because of quality and American made. I will be buying a different brand.

With the information available online it was very difficult to figure out which belt to order. I got the wrong one. It was about an inch too short
old versus new
no new belt is going to match exactly the old belt, thats because over time the old belt stretches. Also if its not a direct oem replacement, you have a universal replacement which may very in size but should not affect performance. And if your belt is wobbling back and forth than you must have installed it wrong or your tensioner or idler pulley or some other pulley near by may be loose. Also it can be very easy to install the belt wrong, this can cause a belt to seem too tight, or even too loose.
Fits & works great
Easy install on my 1996 Suburban. Fixed all my problems with that car.
