WORKS EXCELLENT..
WORKS GREAT.. REPLACED PULLEY ON A 1993 FORD ECONOLINE 150 VAN WITH ALMOST 180,000 MILES 5.8L ENGINE.. VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL.. ONLY NEEDED TO REMOVE THE AIR CLEANER UNIT.. USE A TORX BIT T-50 TO REMOVE THE BOLT OFF THE STATIONARY IDLER BRACKET.. YES ITS PLASTIC.. BUT ITS A NO LOAD COMPONENT..

oh no more plastic
The original part this replaced was metal. Now i know they can make strong plastics but I really wish this was metal, here's why. The original pulley seized completely but it did not melt. I dont kn ow for sure this plastic would melt in the same situation but I dont trust it. Plus if it did melt my belt would go flying and that could cause further problems, maybe it would hit the fan or whatever.

Lasted about 2-1/2 years
Purchased June 2018. Started noticing noise December 2020 while diagnosing a different problem. When I removed serp belt, I noticed the pulley did not spin smoothly, and the bearing wobbled.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
