CERAMICS ARE NICE!!

THESE BRAKES WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND THAT I WORK WITH AT ADVANCE AND I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE HEAT BEING A PROBLEM AS I LIVE IN THE APPALACHIAN MOUNTAINS, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE ISSUE OUT OF THEM. THEY HAVE PERFORMED GREAT EVER SINCE I INSTALLED THEM 2 MONTHS AGO. CERAMICS ARE HARDER ON ROTORS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE MADE OF HARDER MATERIAL. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU REPLACE THE ROTORS WHEN YOU PUT THESE PADS ON OR AT LEAST GET THE ROTORS TURNED. ADVANCE HAS THE BEST PRICES ON CHASSIS AND BRAKE PARTS PERIOD...

Perfect replacement pads

These are great replacement pads for the LT Tahoe. Very quiet, no brake dust and paddle feels really firm. Great for standard replacement. I don't really tow anything so I can't comment on the braking power with extra weight. But brakes feel really strong with a car full of people. I would recommend these if your using the Tahoe as a family car.
