Chevron TECHRON Complete Fuel System Cleaner, 32 oz.

I purchased a fuel injected Corvette that had been sitting in storage for over two years. The fuel had gone bad of course. I pumped out the old fuel and replaced fuel and fuel filter and the fuel before even trying to start the old girl. I started the engine, and it ran rough. Please note that I had changed spark plugs and plug wires before trying to start the engine. So, I decided to add fuel system cleaner, and after about 4 hours total run time the engine ran awesome.

This is probably one of the best, if not the best product of this type out there. The only reason it got 4 stars is the bottle was leaking when I picked it up( only bottle they had).

Great product to use once a month on a car that runs on regular gasoline. Cleans up the system and improves throttle response.

I bought the larger size since I thought I would get two 16 ounce cleanings out if it. Wrong, this size says to use one ounce per gallon. The 16 ounce size used to do my 26 gallon tank, not sure if they changed the dosage or if they just didn't specify it this way. The 12 ounce was rated for up to 16 gallons, 16 ounce was 22 gallons if I recall correctly. Techron does work well, but it is quite expensive (and so is everything else …).
