Does it contain one or two cylinder? Clearly I would need 2 if I want to replace both brakes on the two rear wheels, right?

Hi 6ftdeep, great question! This drum brake wheel cylinder is sold individually and you would need two of this for replacing both rear driver's side and passenger's side wheel.

Yes you need 2. Lucky for you they are the same part for both sides. Some have left and right. 4 total shoes. 2 total drums and 2 total wheel cylinders. Don't forget you will need to bleed them like the eagles make the cowboys bleed when we play!

With reference to your inquiry on the Tru-Torque Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder - Part No. W610166, usually 10 inches drums for extended cab while the drums with 9 inches for regular cab will have ribs/fins cast into them. If they are 10 inch it will measure around 10!
