Our new starters are engineered and built by an IATF/TS 16949 certified supplier that meets the highest standards achievable. Carquest Professional starters are re-engineered to include improvements and enhancements (where applicable) to the OE design to extend longevity and service life. Our new starters are built with all new components and are 100% triple-tested to ensure high quality that is backed by an industry-leading warranty. Perfect Product!
The service was great at #5222. They had my order pulled within 15 minutes of my order being placed. They tested my starter to confirm my suspicions that my starter was indeed bad. I always get excellent service there.

Usually when I buy critical parts such as a starter or battery - I get the best one the store offers, and New wherever possible.
Being this was a New top of the line starter under the CarQuest name, I'm not satisfied that it lasted just over a year.
My GM Delco starter lasted 280K miles. This one was lucky to have 9K miles on it.
I'm thankful I wasn't stranded. Consider buying the Delco starter instead.
