Hi Vince, I'm glad to help you! We do offer an exact brake pad for your 2013 Ford Explorer Limited with heavy duty and the part number GNAD1611 (front) and the part number GMKD1612 (rear). Please enter your vehicle on our website and search for this part to check the fitment.
Shouldn't there be wear indicators attached to one of each set? All 4 don't have anything attached.

Hi Bob, I'm glad to assist you! That is called anti-rattle clip/spring, that holds the brake pads together provides a secure contact between the pads and the brake disc. Put the anti-rattle spring between the brake pads, or install the spring into the spring socket and snap the brake pads into the spring. Make sure that the holes on the pads' metal backing contact with the loops on the clip. The clip has a spring-loaded design that will hold the pads against the housing. Make sure that the clip is installed the same way you removed it. Apply the small packet of graphite-based grease to the clips of the new brake pads to keep them from squeaking.
