Not quite an exact fit but it did work.
I saw right away that this part did not have the same bends as the OEM part. I questioned if it was really for my 2003 Expedition and I was assured it was. Got it home and removed the old hose. Took this one out of the package and fed it through from the underside of the frame and up to the reservoir. Long story short, you won't be able to use any of the OEM clips and/or braces on your Expedition frame to secure it since is not formed to feed through the frame like the original. Could use about 1/4 to 1/2 inch more length on the hose end that connects to the cooler. Due to the manner in which this feeds through the frame, it almost crimps but it still has enough good bend that fluid flows ok. All in all I am happy with the price and it does work and install with some creative effort. It is definitely not a perfect fit though.
