Part never worked
This caused my vehicle to idle erratically. I put the name brand module in and it ran perfectly. No return option on electronics. Do not buy.

This is a plugin, fasten down and go part. I've purchased this part before from AA and had the same good results.

The Carquest ICM caused the engine to idle erratically similar to another reviewer's comment. I've ordered a replacement ICM, this time an OEM Motorcraft part.
