direct fit
you have to take out the unit just to get to the heater core box,three screw outside one inside that hold to the firewall,8 screw to take the plastic in half, four screw from the metal holding the heater core, dishboard and metal bar for EASY install of the core. Do not use spectra 390994 is not a direct fit. I did it no help half a day taking it out and installing.
