Our brake pads are engineered by manufacturers that meet IATF 16949 certified framework, an internationally recognized proof of quality in the automotive industry. Carquest Premium Gold brake pads utilize application-specific friction formulations that provide extended pad life and cleaner wheels. These brake pads also feature OE-designed slots and chamfers for consistent performance. To prevent noise, our Carquest Premium Gold brake pads also utilize a multi-layer shim and are supplied with new brake hardware (most applications-see fitment notes).
