Hi Britdude, I can understand your concern. This Brake Pads Set - Part # GNAD1593 is made of ceramic material. The ceramic compounds and copper fibers allow ceramic pads to handle higher brake temperatures with less heat fade, provide faster recovery after the stop and generate less dust. However, it has the limited lifetime replacement warranty. The limited lifetime warranty part can be refunded for cash/credit within the 90 day time frame. After that time expires, it can only be exchanged for a new item. So the warranty is valid the life of the part as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
