Does not fit
Although the CQ/AA website (and in store employees) all say this part fits an '08 Mitsubishi Lancer, IT DOESN'T. It is NOT an exact match for the OEM part.
Originally I ordered this fuel pump instore and returned it when it was the wrong size. I even took the OEM part with me to show the employee how the pump won't fit into the original sending unit. He ordered me another pump, theorizing that perhaps someone had boxed the wrong part. Unfortunately the second pump was the same size as the first, and neither will fit my car. His reaction? "Guess you'll have to buy the $1000 kit that comes with the pump and new sending unit."
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Does not fit! Do not waste your time!
This claims it fits a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS 2.4l but after being mislead I bought the part just to find out it does not fit. The part inside the box didn't even quite look like the picture on the box so idk if this is a factory mistake when it came to boxing it up or a design flaw but nonetheless it does not fit.
