I would buy this again.
The O-ring on the vehicle doesn't seem to fit, but the sensor appears to be working as intended. You'll likely have to reuse your old sensor's O-ring.

I would by this product again
The location of my coolant sensor (2) required to drain the radiator, then I could remove the sensor from the bottom radiator hose. The sensor was easy to replace. Anyone doing this maintenance needs to know how to remove European (VW) sensor connectors. Utube videos available. Basically, compress sensor connector into sensor, squeeze the tab, then pull apart.

Blew out the engine while driving didn't find out the coolant light came on and the engine was smoking from the coolant on it
