Wher is this part located on the vehicle. I believe it is under the dash behind the glove compartment but the part currently installed has a metal cover so it looks different. If this is it, is it possible to swap the parts on it that do not come with the new part? Like the wheel and cover?

Does this blower motor have to be hard wired to fit? I noticed no connector plug on it like my old blower.

how difficult is it to swap out the fan blades? Do you need a special tool?

It shouldn't be too hard, just time consuming. Regular tools should do just fine for you.
