needs alteration

I had the same problem as the customer above. I took some sand paper and gently took a little off the grooves. I also reused my original spring as it had more tension than the replacement provided. Now it works like a charm.

Not compatible with 2004 Accord EX

This part was said to be exact fit for my car, but it's not. After installing this, I was able to change gears, but for the life of me I couldn't get the key out of the ignition after putting it in Park. Had to uninstall the gear shift handle in order to take the key out. I returned this and got the genuine Honda part and that works perfectly.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
