Not correct part
Piece of paper with new filter says it doesn't look the same as oem, and it's not. It's kept in place by a spring, and since it's an inch shorter than stock, it doesn't compress the spring to keep it in place.

I wouldn't recommend this Car-Quest part for the Ford 5r110w
Verified Buyer -
Filter was the same quality as the one it replaced. Fit perfect. However, the rubber pan gasket provided in the kit is not good for this application. This pan requires bolts tightened to 132 inch pounds (11 ft lbs) . The rubber gasket can not handle that. It allows the pan to be deformed at the bolt locations and the gasket will be squeezed out. JUNK
I brought my concern to the store but pretty much got the TS reply from counter person! LAME!! He did offer to sale me a Fel Pro gasket at full price though!!
The stock gasket has a steel band formed in the gasket and steel bushings in all the bolt holes to allow proper torquing of bolts without bending the trans pan. In this application I cleaned and reused the original gasket after repairing the damage to my trans pan!
