Quality of the parts were excellent, selection errors occur
The quality of the correctly identified part was excellent , The problem I had was with the online software. The online software led me to select the incorrect rotors and break shoes for my vehicle. This caused delays in installation to exchange the parts, combined with a new online order at a lower discount offered. A call to customer service did finally provide an acceptable discount and delivery at my local store. Time lost in repair of my vehicle about 3 hours.

DO NOT FIT For 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT dual piston brakes
This rotor does not fit with 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT dual piston brakes system. Product description says 302mm. You will need 330mm for front and 328mm for the rear. Website adding "fits guarantee" to your vehicle is really misleading. Do your due diligence, yes it will be a little out of your way, 2nd yes, you have to talk to your local store rep, 3rd yes, you will ask and verify parts online as advertised, compared to what you need. It will not be 1000% sure that you'll get the absolute correct parts but you'll have 100x rate of assuring local store ordering the right parts for you since you'll see the invoice lf what's being ordered.
