Marco and Bob repeatedly told me it was my fault and between the second trip and the arguing I was unable to finish my brake job because we ran out of daylight being that advanced is a solid 15 minutes from my house if I don't hit every red light. I paid my younger cousin to help me and had to pay him twice because he took two days out of his schedule for me. This wasn't the first time the "exact fit" was blatantly wrong but it cost me an extra $50 this time as well as gas, and the extra day I had to jack my car up. Bob and Marco were beyond disrespectful and as someone who works retail I usually feel for these employees but they were really just unhelpful and put all blame on me rather than being empathetic. Very unlikely to return to advanced after this dreadful experience.
