Do not buy this switch, it could kill you.
Do not buy this switch.
Installed easily, checked operation, step on brake lights go on, take foot off brake lights go off, all fixed right? Wrong, after one drive put it back in garage and noticed brake lights were on, pumped the brakes a few times problem cleared. Next morning battery was depleted, put a charger on the battery and the brake lights were on again. Went through the pumping of brake pedal again and the pedal went to the floor. After inspection I found the internal switch components on the garage floor in a puddle of brake fluid. The switches back crimp let go and basically vomited its internals.
If I'd been driving down the highway and actually needed to stop I would have been out of luck. This is the first review I've ever written but if I can save a life it will be worth it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
