- All units are built with 100 percent new O-rings and premium-grade HNBR seals to prevent leaks. HNBR does not break down at high temperatures like conventional seal material.
- Shafts are surfaced to precise specifications to eliminate premature seal wear and extend pump life.
- Units are supplied with 100 percent tested and calibrated pressure relief valves.
- Final pump assembly is computer-tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort and noise to ensure reliable performance.

Just as bad as the one it replaced!

This power steering pump was purchased to replace a whining power steering pump. This pump whines only slightly less. I will need to replace it, now, too. I'm out a lot of time and money on this.

Royally Purpled Off
Bought this to replace one that was leaking out the weep hole after i wailed on the pulley and shaft with a ball peen hammmer, during removal. Installed new pump and hoses, filled resevoir with 3 bottles of royal purple power steering fluid, crawled under truck to leak check pump and noticed all 3 bottles were leaking out onto my driveway. After further investigation found that the inlet nipple on the pump was alot smaller that the original one, not allowing the hose clamp to securely fasten the hose to the fitting. Poor quality control.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I purchased one of these to replace a loud pump. I flushed the system changed the lines, and the pump and the reman was louder than the bad pump prior. It blew up two weeks later. I got a warranty replacement that was DOA as well. I took that one back and went to another store. Dont just stay away from Cardone, RUN far and fast.
