I set the search filter in the app for my vehicle specifications, so I'm shown items that fit my car and don't buy incorrect parts, obviously. But when I got the radiator drain plug that the app showed as a fit to my car, right on the invoice paper it states "for Mercedes Benz". I'm glad I went ahead with ordering a different plug in addition to this one, but the concern I have is, why am I being told by your system to buy certain items specific to my vehicle, that are not in fact supposed to be put on my vehicle? Especially pertaining to items not available in stores, that HAVE to be shipped from a warehouse, incurring additional shipping costs, and not being reimbursed for return shipping of a product only bought due to incorrect info from the company to begin with. If there's a tech dept., Geek Squad, anything of that sort that can remedy this search filter glitch (as this is not the first time this has happened, hence the reason I bought a second drain plug for contingency) so I don't feel uncertain about info I've requested, products purchased, or end up no longer comfortable buying from Advance all together, could they maybe get a call to arms? Please and thank you.
