What is the difference in the two vent visors? The numbers are the same except one part number has a 1 in front of them.

Generally, Ventshade Ventvisors are available in either an inside or outside window channel mounting style. If the part number is having number 1 as prefix- it (normally) means that the Ventvisors are of In-Channel mounting style and the part number without the number 1 as prefix- means Ventvisors are of Out-Channel mounting style. As in the present case Ventshade Ventvisor; In-Channel Deflector 2 pc., Part No. 192083 is of In-Channel mounting style.

my question is.. I have a 93 ranger. manual windows, I have been told that the in channel visors may bind or get caught and break when cranking the window up or down. I'm wondering if this happens often and/or at all. and do the in channel style cause the window seal to leak or cause wind noise. If they do break are the tape on style just as efficiant as the in channel.
