Put this in my Dad's 91 mustang 5.0. Initially the length was a bit off so there was either slack in the pedal or the clutch wouldn't fully disengage depending on how you arranged things. After a couple days the cable appeared to have stretched (more time spent messing with it). A few days later the end of the cable pulled through the firewall. You could see how the cable end deformed to fit (apparently very weak plastic). I reinforced it with a large washer so it couldn't do that again. A few days later the exterior of the cable collapsed allowing about 3 extra inches of cable movement, IE. complete failure after about 2 weeks, maybe less. This may be cheaper but it won't save you money. Will be returning it and buying probably a BBK.

If you are putting this on a fox mustang it won't fit and when I picked up the package and got it home it looked like it had been installed on a vehicle already big disappointment. If I wanted a used part I would go to the junkyard

It works perfectly fine on a Foxbody Mustang 5.0 You may have to adjust it or find the best route for the cable, but it made my clutch pedal a whole lot stiffer (in a good way).

Don't waste your time or money. Cable is poor quality and failed, similar to reviewer above. cable stretched itself to uselessness, and failed at firewall bushing. Lasted me less than 2 weeks.
