Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

DOES NOT FIT A GTP!!!
I ordered this to replace my worn out rubber bushings in my stock ones. This website said it would fit, but on a 2002 GTP our anchors are built different with a lower 2 bolt anchor attachment. This one utilizes the two on top, but you need to tap the bolt hole in the front support that we have no threads for. I just ordered poly bushings and called it a day.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
