Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Fabrication defect - NEED QUALITY AND CONTROL
I wanted to share my experience regarding the Anchor 9622 motor mount I purchased for my vehicle. The first one I bought lasted almost two years, which I considered reasonable. However, I've had to replace this motor mount again, along with another one recently, which has been inconvenient and costly.
Now, I'm on my way to your store because the replacement mount I was given has a manufacturing defect. Specifically, the base of this mount was made higher than the standard height, causing installation and performance issues.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
