A perfect fit

I bought this for my 2008 Honda Civic in which this part is known to go bad somewhere between 50 and 75000 miles. I could've got the Honda part from the dealership at a discounted rate of $200 but went with this instead. Out of the box it took a friend and I only about an hour to replace it and this is only because of hoses in the way and fine thread bolts. Fit perfectly and wasn't difficult.

Good replacement, just like stock

2008 Honda Civic with about 100,000 miles had bad vibration when it was cold outside, especially when transmission was in reverse. The upper passenger side motor mount had failed and the motor mount bracket was essentially resting on the frame of the motor mount, which is bolted to the car frame...so all motor vibration went into the car frame.
Replacement with this part by Anchor took about 1 1/2 hours. Some reviewers said they had to grind out the rear bolt hole to make it fit...this isn't necessary...the real problem is that some seam sealer (like putty) on the car frame is really thick near this hole. Just slice a little of it off with a knife and this part will fit perfect with no modification. Also remember to use a small wire brush to clean the threads on all the bolts before you put them back into the soft aluminum brackets, or you risk stripping them.

Finally, nice and quiet! :)

Purchased this part for my 2008 Honda Civic EX-L w/Navi. My car was vibrating/shaking like an earthquake in Cali, it was not pleasant. Car has 175,000 miles on it. For easy step by step instructions, search on YouTube.com, there is a great video that shows you what you need to do step by step. If it weren't for that video, I would have never attempted this on my own. Really did not feel like paying $700 to the manufacturer to have this replaced. The reason for 4 stars, similar to an earlier review, I did have to make minor modification to the part by pounding on one of the mounts to make it skinnier. The bolt was not lining up with the hole w/o this modification. Other than that, the install was fairly straight forward and now my car is finally running nice and smooth and quiet. Feels good to back to normal, the vibration/shaking was very disturbing.
Good purchase, good part, install it yourself and save over $550 vs. paying manufacturer. Thank you.

Good replacement for 2007 Civic LX coupe
Had an engine mount fail in my 2007 civic coupe and purchased a cheapo replacement. The vibration was unbearable! Decided to buy a true OEM compatible replacement from Advance and the difference is night and day. My car sounds as quiet as the day I bought it. I did need to take a hammer to one side of the mount to get the bolt holes to line up, but it was just some minor reshaping. The price was as good or better than any of the other parts stores and I was able to pick it up at my local store. Very pleased!

Easy to install

Installed it 2 weeks ago, durability remains to be seen. Original mount lasted 80K. SOmething that should last for the life of the car.
