Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Went bad after 1 year!
Engine vibration returned and the mount was leaking after 1 year of driving. It's a good thing for the lifetime warranty! I hope the new replacement mount will last longer. '
