Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Mounting stud broke
Upon installation, the nut would not tighten, just kept turning. Removed and inspected and found the mounting stud had sheared off below the welded top.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
