Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

90% of anchor mounts suck
is looser and has floppier rubber than the original removed from van.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
