Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Cheap Thailand junk.
These mounts are junk, the holes that the bolts go through into the frame are off by more than a 1/4 inch. Installation will require filing out some of the material. Really not worth half the price, the made in Thailand tag should have been a clue as to the low quality.

98 Tacoma motor mount does not line up
Holes are off at least a quarter of an inch maybe more do not buy from these people again. More Thailand junk.
