Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Good part
This looks to be a good part, but be aware that it is for only 1 of these, not 2 ( they should change it to read "front right OR front left", not "front right,front left".
