Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Poor fit, but usable.
Had to redrill mounting holes to line up properly. Off by 1/8 inch.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
