Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

Gen vii motor mount
Verified Buyer -
Direct fit for my 8.1L . Could use upgraded polyurethane bushing instead of hard rubber. However this is OEM replacement. Fit good and works fine.
