Anchor 2802 This mount supports the engine and dampen vibration. Each mount is specifically engineered and designed to OE standards. Natural and SBR rubber provide maximum life and performance. Steel fasteners are heat treated grade 5 bolts. A special bonding agent is used to ensure a rubber to metal bond. Rubber material is mixed to specific Durometer, hardness.

- MEETS OR EXCEEDS DUROMETER MEASUREMENTS: All rubber material is manufactured to specific Durometer (hardness) measurements based on the vehicle's application requirements.
- HARDENED STEEL FASTENERS: All fasteners are made of hardened steel with heat treated Grade #5 bolts.
- SUPERIOR BOND: A special Chemlok bonding agent is used to ensure a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
- HYDRAULIC MOUNT DESIGN: Hydraulic Mounts (applicable where OE) are designed for most front wheel drive vehicles because transverse drive train mounting.

Low quality molded rubber used
This product only lasted 2 years in my truck. When you spend a lot of money and time (8hrs) on labor you want the parts to last just as long as the dealer parts. But you get what you pay for. I recommend buying this part from the dealer and save you some time in the future.

I've replaced engine mounts in my cars going on 40 years now. Up until my 2002 S-10 have I EVER had to replace the new one. I'm about to replace the left mount AGAIN for the 3rd year straight. Wife drives this vehicle, and she's extremely conservative. There is no reason for this mount to separate other than it uses substandard materials and workmanship. Advance Auto should be ashamed for selling such OUTRIGHT JUNK!!!!!! I'm going to the dealer and pay 4X as much for the parts, much as I hate dealerships.

Installed in May 2016 and both broke the first day I drove it. I honestly could not tell the difference between the old broken mounts and the new ones! Drove it another 2 months until I could not stand the noise and replaced again 8-30-16. These broke the 2nd day I drove it. I drive mostly gravel roads so i guess they can't take the rough roads. I would not waist you time on these parts.
I am buying GM parts next for $55 a piece.
