Very inexpensive fix
This was a very inexpensive alternative to costly dealer pump. Did this 8 years ago in 2008, so pump is long lasting. Only drawback to the job was fighting rusty fasteners to remove battery tray to gain access to the washer bottle. Broke one of four bolts which attach battery tray. Decided remaining three are strong enough ;-)
Found no info in aftermarket shop manual for replacing washer pump which is installed on the bottom of the washer bottle. Found it much easier to remove and replace pump after removing entire reservoir bottle assembly. Cleaned the contact terminals and applied dielectric grease to prevent salt spray from corroding the electrical connectors.
The pump required priming by pouring a little washer fluid into hose held above pump. A small funnel aided in accomplishing this process. Ticked the pump with a couple cheater wires to a 12v. battery to test before installing.
