It's sandpaper..no surprises. it works like it should. For those who think you are actually getting 40 count think again. It is a 5 count pack. 5 small pieces doesn't go very far making this an expensive thing to buy. Look elsewhere for full sized sheets.

It's a good question, Richard! For added versatility, they can be used for either wet or dry sanding.
Will this sandpaper work on my headlights with out severely scuffing them.
