Great battery at a great price.
I purchased this battery in May 2024 as a replacement for the OEM stock battery in my factory ordered, 2019 Ram Rebel 12. While I wasn't having trouble starting the truck, I started having weird electrical issues pop up. For instance, my dash background lighting would flash (almost strobe like), my tailgate ajar would come on intermittently, my 7 inch TFT display in the cluster would come on and go off randomly while the truck was off, with no key fob nearby nor anyone nearby. There were several other alarcrical abnormalities and my voltage gauge was only reading about 12.8 vs the 14.3 I've always seen since day one of ownership. Had the alternator and started checked at Advance Automotive along with the battery. All were good except the battery temperature was 120 degrees. Just as a precautionary and preventive measure, I opted to replace my battery. 5-1/2 year old battery on my truck with only 33,000 on the clock. About three days after installing the new battery, I noted I'm back to reading about 14.2v on the gauge and all my electrical anomalies have disappeared. I'll continue to monitor the conditions, but the battery was a great purchase. Richard at the Lexington, SC Advance Automotive location is ALWAYS AWESOME. He is knowledgeable, polite, has a great sense of humor and gets the job done right, every time.

Wouldn't install battery
I own a 2014 Chevy Cruze Turbo Diesel. I know, an odd duck. I researched this battery as everything pertaining to my car is odd. I recently took my car to the dealership to change the fuel filter (again, odd filter, way overpaid). The dealership quoted me $350 to install a new battery, which I declined because it's $250 through Advance, with free install, or so I thought.
No one at our Advance Auto would touch this, not even the manager! When my husband challenged this, it was met with deaf ears. And at that point, I don't want anyone touching my car that isn't experienced with it.
We did purchase the battery because we live in Iowa and it's cold so my car doesn't start in the morning. We'll figure out the install, but there will be a very heated email sent. If they're not equipped or not informed enough to handle this battery install on this particular vehicle there should be an exclusion to this particular vehicle.

Works well and fits perfectly
I bought this to replace the battery in my 2002 Porsche. It replaced the stock Porsche battery that cost over $400 a little over a year ago. I'm told the Porsche branded batteries sit in the warehouse for years and I can understand why: they cost too much. The Porsche battery lasted a little over a year. I can hear the difference when I start my car.

Do Not Buy
I had a problem with this battery from the minute I put it in my truck. Right out of the gate the state of charge was 59% so I put it on charge for 24 hours and it brought it up to about 85%. The state of charge continually was dropping. So I thought I had a problem with the truck. I took the truck to Ford dealership and had them do an extensive test on the electrical system and there's no erroneous drainage or other problems electrically. However, the battery test failed right out of the gate with their equipment. So I took the battery battery down to Advance Auto and they tested it and said everything is good even though the state of charge was only 50%. They refuse to exchange the battery under warranty and it's been in the truck for less than a year and will not take a full charge. Prior to taking it to Advance Auto I charged it for 20 hours with a NOCO 5 amp charger and it would only bring it up to about 50% now I'm stuck with a battery I can't trust. I'll have to go back to Ford and get a Mastercraft and forfeit my warranty on the Die Hard battery. I will never buy another battery from Advance Auto again nor will I buy a diehard battery again.

Still a great product
Have been using DiHard batteries since the early 1990's, they were great then and still are today. Worth every penny, will be the last battery you put in your car or truck.

This battery is a replacement for a defective Autocraft battery purchased from Advanced Auto 1 year ago. It had a 3 year FREE replacement. The new battery is now a diehard and was more expensive. They would not swap out free as promised and I had to pay the more expensive price. Not impressed so far with Advanced Auto customer service or product.
Store Claims and Services are Deceptive.
Advance claims to have free battery replacement. Well, I showed up with a torn meniscus hoping to have my battery replaced because my car's battery is heavy duty and weighs about 40lbs. I was told they didn't have time to replace it and so I had to do it myself. Then I was told over the phone I could get a military discount, but then in person, they refused. Lastly, the lady had no clue on how to apply Speedperks in person. She told me they only work online.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
