New clutch assemblies sold by Advance Auto Parts carry a "Limited Replacement Warranty" determined by application. The term of the warranty is printed on your Order Confirmation page and email. Remanufactured and new individual components carry a 6-month limited warranty.

Should your clutch assembly fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, it will be exchanged at no charge, provided you still own the vehicle for which it was purchased and your name is on the purchase receipt.

In order to qualify for this warranty replacement, the part must be installed correctly according to manufacturer's instructions. This includes installation of a new pilot bearing, and resurfacing of the flywheel. This warranty is only good to the person whose name is on the purchase receipt, and cannot be transferred to anyone at any time.

Once the part is replaced, the subsequent replacement part is warranted for 90 days or the remainder of the term, whichever is the longer. After that time, there will be no warranty on the part for replacement.

In order to qualify for any labor reimbursement, the part must be installed by a garage or repair facility. The customer must supply us with a printed work order or invoice from that garage. Hand-written invoices will not be accepted. Labor paid on qualified claims will be paid for 90 days from the original purchase date only. The rate of pay is $45.00 per hour, and time is determined by use of a flat rate manual such as Chilton or Mitchell.

The store manager must be notified of your intent to file a claim. This must be done at the same time the part is returned. Without the part, a claim cannot be filed. There can be no exceptions. The manufacturer will be responsible for determining how much is paid on each claim after examining the parts and paperwork. After the 90 days, no labor will be paid on any claim; the warranty will be limited to replacement only.

• Normal wear is not covered by warranty.
• Clutches contaminated by oil and grease are not eligible for warranty replacement or labor.
• This part is intended for normal use only, and does not include use by commercial vehicles or those applications listed below.
• Performance Clutch Kits carry a 90-day warranty for replacement only. NO LABOR IS IMPLIED or will be paid. These parts are designed for racing and we cannot be responsible for how long they may last.
• Dual Mass Flywheels carry a 90-day warranty for replacement only. NO LABOR IS IMPLIED or will be paid.

This limited warranty represents the total liability of our supplier and Advance Auto Parts for any part it warrants. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, which may vary from state to state. Neither our supplier nor Advance Auto Parts authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions, or exclusions of this warranty.
