By providing your phone number to one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing or nonmarketing text messages from Advance or others texting on its behalf to your phone number(s). By consenting to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile phone number or that you are otherwise authorized to opt-in as a participant on a family or business plan associated with that number. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to such messages is not required as a condition to purchase goods or services from Advance. The number of messages per month will vary based on the subscription list you've enrolled in. You may discontinue the receipt of these text messages at any time by texting STOP to the short code, 77333, or texting STOP to customer service number at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623), for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the short code number or customer service number at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623), from which its text messages are being sent). We may send you an SMS Text Message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Similarly, for additional help, text HELP to the short code, 77333, or text HELP to customer service at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623). Advance may terminate the SMS Text Messaging program or your participation therein at any time with or without notice. In the event such termination occurs before you have received all messages that you otherwise would have received, these Terms shall still apply.
No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The short codes we use for some SMS Text Messaging programs are supported on all U.S. carriers. The supporting mobile carriers may, however, change without notice, and the particular SMS Text Messaging program you join, including those operated through a different number, may be limited to specific carriers. Neither Advance nor the mobile carriers (for example, T-Mobile) are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
