My old Panasonic car battery from 2018 needed a replacement. I was tired of walking out to my Toyota IM to a drained battery, or leaving the trunk open to take groceries into my house only to discover the trunk light being on was enough to drain my old battery. Now I have comfort and peace of mind. We will see how it does in the winter, but I was told by the advisor at Advance that Gold is the best, and least corrosive.

Purchased this battery a year and half ago. It stopped working so I brought it to AAP and was able to exchange it for a new one. The policy is one return but it was seamless -- so very easy to complete. I brought the old one in, tested it with the rep, and since it failed, he exchanged it. Altogether, it took about 15 minutes to complete the exchange. As for the battery, it's average. It lasted 1.5 years of 3 years but at least this was under warranty. Again, warranty covers ONE exchange. I would "recommend" this because of the warranty.

I normally don't write reviews until I've used something for a while, however I'm writing this the next day for two reasons. The first is the prduct: The Die Hard Red battery I purchased was fully charged and worked perfect. It had a good strong voltage and started my car first try! If you are thinking of purchasing this then I hope that makes it a little easier to decide. I'm glad I got it. The second reason is that I had some doubts about the purchase due to some difficulties with the web-site. (I wrote this in the Google review that came up afterwards.) The concern was, while I was purchasing the battery the site lost my car-info, then my shipping address. However, when I reloaded the site it seemed to work. In fact, it did work well. Within 2 hours, Door-Dash was at my door with the correct battery! I installed it, the car started and I took the old one to the closer AAP store for the core- charge refund! It was all perfect. I worried for nothing, thankfully!

I bought this battery for a truck I don't drive much. I know living in the north it gets cold during winter so I would go out and start the truck every once in awhile. I replaced the battery in October and it started fine in December. However when I went to start it in February the battery was completely not working. I charged the battery and got it started again. In March I again attempted to start my truck and the battery was not working again. I understand you get what you pay for but for a battery to not even last 5 months is terrible and the 90 day warranty is a joke because now I'm out money and I will probably have buy a better battery. Save your money and buy a better battery.

why such old stock ? is this correct? seems like better rotation of stock is needed built on 8/22 I purchased on 6/23 really needed a battery so I had to buy that day but I am not real happy its already 10 months old
