The Beck-Arnley brand is the OEM second-source for all submodels of Acura Integras. This CV boot is the SAME one (with a different distributor's name) as the one you would pay twice as much for at the dealership. It installed cleanly once the original was cut off and all of the 17-year old grease was removed & replaced (moly axle grease is included in package). To properly install the OEM-type CV boot bands, you NEED the KD3191 boot band clamp tool. It is available from a local Advance Auto store's commercial desk or online. The band is tricky so hopefully this will help you... 1.) Double wrap the band with the leg pointing towards the FRONT of the car. VERIFY before continuing. (When you bend it back it will then be facing the back of the car so it doesn't snag things--notice how your current boot bands look before removing the old boot). 2.) Once the band is snug-tight, use a sharpie to mark a line 1/2" (10-14mm) back from the loop. 3.) Use the GearWrench / KD3191 tool to cinch down the band until your line reaches the loop. 4.) Fold the band over the loop while very slightly relaxing the tension in the tightening lever. 5.) Use the cutting lever to shear off the excess metal band. 6.) Carefully fold the band over the loop and use a hammer to hammer down the holding tabs. 7.) Install axle back into vehicle taking care not to damage the new boot. If you drive an Integra, please invest in the right tools and buy quality parts, not cheap parts.

This brand boot kits are the only brand I trust for fit and the band is of a type that doesn't require a special banding tool per se but I do wish they offered the type of band that is like the OEM (crimp type). Otherwise this is a great boot kit and it works well.

From El paso
After all the cure times and hassle with the clamps and the adapter it would have been easier just to replace the cv axle. But it is a good idea, just wished it worked as easy as you would think. If you do get it read instructions fully.

Worked on my BMW X5 E53!
From Stone mountain, ga
the metal band straps that are supposed to hold it in place. They did not work at all and did not look like the ones in the instruction pictures. After the test drive the boot had already fallen off and again there was new grease everywhere.
