The 722.9 NAG II transmission is not equipped with a fluid level dipstick tube. Hence, the condition and level of the fluid may only be checked via the drain plug. To drain the remainder of the fluid, the one time use fluid guide tube needs to be punctured through the drain plug hole and then be replaced.
