I had no idea a wiper could be so good. Had Rain X and never liked them. These we're very easy to install and they are quiet and very smooth even on a dry windshield. i purchased this for my 2015 Honda CRV which uses an "offset hook" method of attachment. I was replacing the previous TricoFlex wipers with these nIew TricoFlex wipers. This wiper did NOT have the offset hook adapters. I was able to use this wiper on my 2019 Kia Sorrento. The wipers work fine on the Kia.

This Trico brand is the worst wiper I ever bought in 45 years of driving!! It doesn't follow the curve of the glass & won't lay flat against the glass at one end. The frame or steel spring is not formed correctly to allow rubber to make good contact to the glass. The 2 year old wiper I was going to replace worked better then this new one. Where it did contact the windshield it did not clean evenly & left a smear. If my lovely wife did not throw away the plastic package right after I opened it to put it in the recycle bucket for the collection crew driving up the street, I would have returned it to try for a refund or credit. I ended up doing a little research & bought a new Bosch Icon blade. It works perfectly & was only a few dollars more.

My order went to a different store on the other side of town, the counter person told me not to worry, he would fix it. He called the store where the order wind up at and arranged to cancel that order there to fill the order in his store. He did this quickly and I was out the door in a short time. I truly appreciated his diligence in resolving the issue and saving me both time and gas in going to the other store across town. Great customer service! Please pass on my sincere thanks

Was impossible to figure out how it is installed. The image instructions are not very good. Could not get it to install correctly on the one wiper is exchanged. I don't think the connecting piece was manufactured to specs correctly.
