My idler pulley seized on the way to work. Being in the middle of nowhere can create problems for getting repair parts. Luckily I was able to order online and have a friend pick it up on the way in for night shift. 15 minutes later it was installed and hasn't given me a problem since. Thanks for making it easy to order and pick up.

I had left a previous review that the tensioner pulley was defective and began squealing. It was not the pulley - it was the belt. Evidently if there are slight misalignments in the pulleys, or if the belt rides on the points of the belt teeth, it can squeal. You can diagnose by simply spraying water on the grooved surface of one of the belt pulleys. If the squealing stops, it's the belt, not a pulley bearing.
